We offer a 30-day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be free of scents and marks.
Do not remove any labels, tags or accessories until you are happy with you purchase. Failure to follow this will more than likely result in us not accepting you return.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are here to give you a good service, including customer service, so if you want to cancel an order, that is not a problem, simply let us know and if you order hasn't been dispatched yet we will be happy to cancel any order. If your items have been dispatched then you may simply return your item in accordance to our Returns Policy.
